HI, I AM CLAUDIA !

From a young age, I’ve been active and practising sport. As a teenager, I started suffering lower back pain which began limiting my physical ability in different areas of life. Four years ago, my osteopath suggested I take up Pilates to improve my posture, muscle tone, body strength and joint mobility as a strategy to relieve the pain. From that first session, I can honestly say I’ve never looked back. I am now a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher and my goal is to help others achieve a healthy spine, body and mind – pilates is also excellent for managing stress and tension.

I run a range of classes at home, studio and offices.
